I have been a primary school teacher for 26 years. Through mentoring, which I have been doing for a long time, I have managed to empower younger colleagues and help them become better versions of themselves in their roles. I have always greatly enjoyed teaching civic education. As a leader of numerous workshops and training sessions, I have been involved in educating employees in education through the implementation of the "Professional Orientation for Students Transitioning from Primary School" training programme and as a trainer for: "Teacher Training Programme for I and II Cycle of Primary School for Implementing the Curriculum and Learning". Trainer of the "School for the 21st Century" programme (British Council). I have been part of the team of authors and moderators of the OKC seminars since 2011: "Good Lesson Preparation – Successful Lesson", "Consultative Work – The Basis for Better Upbringing and Education", "Mastering Soft Skills in the Relationship Between Teacher-Student-Parent Within Institutions" and the newest seminar: "Developing Skills for Career Guidance in the 21st Century". I am starting education in constructive psychotherapy and help parents through educational training on self-confidence and techniques of wise parenting (Kampster). I am the author of numerous articles on DokTok, ProfiSistem and other portals.
