I am Vanja, new as a programming teacher at easy pass - u and a mentor with extensive experience in working individually with students and participants of different knowledge levels.

My teaching approach is based on one principle: programming cannot be learned through theory alone – it is learned through understanding, practice and solving concrete problems.

That is why my lessons are not traditional lectures where the student just listens and takes notes. We work practically, write code, analyse errors, solve tasks and go through real examples and projects. The goal is for the student to understand why a certain solution works, not just to learn how to copy it. I particularly insist on developing programming logic and independence.

I believe that a good mentor is one who gradually enables the student to independently analyse a problem, find a solution and write quality code.

The work is individually tailored to the level of knowledge and goals of each participant – from beginners who need to build a solid foundation, to those who need help with more advanced areas, projects, exams (mala matura, državna matura) or professional development.

The quality of teaching is more important to me than the number of lessons held. That is why from the very first lesson I insist on serious work, clear understanding of the material and knowledge that remains applicable even after the end of our collaboration.
