How do I register as a tutor?
Click the "Tutor registration" button to open a form you need to fill out to create your profile. Make sure to complete all required fields and verify your email. After that, your profile is automatically active and available for bookings.
How much does using the platform cost?
Registration is free. To accept and host a scheduled lesson, you need to choose and pay for one of the subscription plans.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your chosen subscription plan by bank transfer, m-banking, or payment slip. All payment details are visible on your profile in the "Subscription" section.
How will I know when a lesson is scheduled?
You'll receive an email and a profile notification when someone requests a lesson at a specific time. You can accept, reject, or reschedule the slot.
How do I fill in my calendar?
In your profile under "Calendar", mark the time slots you're available. Click each slot to turn it green, then save with the "Save changes" button.
I can't log in — what should I do?
Click "Forgot password". You'll receive instructions to create a new password by email.
How do I edit my profile information?
After logging in, go to the "Profile" section to edit anything you need.
How are completed lessons paid for?
You handle payment for completed lessons directly with the student or parent, without our involvement. For recurring and group lessons, you receive a monthly payment agreed in advance.
