We could try to give you a definition of philosophy, but we're sure that Socrates would question our motives, Emerson would criticise us for writing about a topic so far removed from nature, and Nietzsche would mock us until we cried. So the only thing we'll tell you is that you can book a philosophy lesson with us.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I learn in rhetoric and oratory lessons?
Your tutors guide you through the fundamentals of public speaking — speech structure (introduction, thesis, arguments, conclusion), rhetorical figures, ethos, pathos, logos, breathing and articulation exercises, non-verbal communication, overcoming stage fright, and public appearances. The plan is tailored to your goal (debate, presentations, political speaking, lectures, court appearances).
Preparing for a debate, competition or polemic — can you help?
Yes. Tutors work with members of debating clubs and competitors — argumentation techniques, counter-arguments, quick thinking (rebuttal), using examples and facts. We practise different formats (BP, WSDC, Karl Popper).
Can you help with overcoming stage fright?
Yes. Tutors use practical techniques — controlled breathing, pre-performance exercises, mental preparation, recording your own performances for self-analysis. The aim is to make nerves a useful energy, not a hindrance.
What does an online rhetoric lesson look like?
Lessons are held via the EasyPass virtual classroom — you and the professor see each other via camera, which is important for working on body language and facial expressions. Your speech is recorded and analysed together. The lesson recording remains available so you can see your own progress.
How much does private rhetoric tuition cost?
Prices range from around 1,500 to 2,500 RSD per hour. Experienced speakers, public speaking trainers and actors are usually in the higher range. You can see the exact price on each tutor's profile.
