Who are the foundation of electrical engineering lessons for?
First and foremost, for students in their first and second years at ETF, FTN, FON, Mechanical Engineering (mechatronics stream), Traffic and other faculties where Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering (OET) is the first professional exam. We also have high school students from electrical engineering schools preparing for their final exams (mala matura) and entrance exams, as well as participants who want to understand the basics of electrical circuit operation.
Which subjects do the tutors cover?
All standard topics of the first course in OET: one-way circuits (Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws, Thévenin's and Norton's theorems), alternating circuits (complex method, phasors, resonance), three-phase systems, magnetic circuits and transformers, transient states (RC, RL, RLC circuits), Fourier analysis and basics of the electromagnetic field.
Can you help with a specific exam at ETF/FTN?
Yes. The tutors have graduated from ETF and FTN themselves and are familiar with the current collections and types of exam questions set by individual professors. You can send a tutor an exam from last year or a list of tasks from exercises and we'll work directly on that — that's the most effective way to prepare for the deadline.
