I am a qualified English teacher with years of experience working in global companies in international communication roles and I continuously educate myself in the field of teaching business English. I completed my formal education at the Universities of Kragujevac and Ghent (through an exchange programme), then built my professional career in large international corporations while also privately teaching English to adults and specialising in business English. Now I am exclusively focused on teaching business English and invest a lot in constant learning and improvement through attending professional seminars, education on material selection and teaching methods, as well as independent research, reading and experimenting. My business experience includes working in the customer service centre of a global retail chain, then in a British international organisation for cultural relations, and finally in an American IT startup. All three positions involved daily communication in English with clients and colleagues who are native speakers. My experience working as a project manager in an IT team, as well as a user experience professional, provided me with invaluable insights into language needs in different business sectors. I am the ideal teacher for those who already actively use English but want to master business phrases, distinguish formal from informal language, adopt business expression culture, improve their performance, confidence, clarity of speech and communication skills, and - most importantly - build better business relationships with colleagues and clients.
