Buongiorno, ragazzi! My name is Ivana and I am a professor of Italian language and literature. Thanks to my 15 years of experience teaching in primary and secondary schools, as well as providing private lessons, I have successfully used proven and up-to-date methods to spark the interest of all students and achieve our goals. The motto I follow in my lessons and encourage my students with is: "L'ITALIANO NON SI TACE" – in translation, "ITALIAN IS NOT SILENT"! The lessons are interactive and carefully designed. An atmosphere free of fear, anxiety, or embarrassment, filled with the desire to communicate, yields the desired results in learning the Italian language. I also hold a teaching license issued by the Ministry of Education and am a French language instructor. I work as an Italian language professor in two primary schools and as a French teacher as needed. Before working in primary schools, I spent 3 years as a call operator (technical support) at the Italian company Internods SRL Milano, so I am fluent in conversational Italian. I have also occasionally worked at the Oxford School for training administrative staff of the firms Pezzini and Moditalia. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages.
